We are a group that quarterly plans 1-2 week overland trips crossing some of Americas most scenic beautiful rural open space areas. These areas are only accessible by heavily modified 4x4 vehicles. Most recently we have been through MOAB Utah, Death Valley, and Mojave Desert. Most members have modified Landcruisers & Land Rovers set up for extended duration away from civilization. Some trips can take us 5+ days from the time we leave the pavement before we see it again.

A Meetup for people interested in group bicycling or roller-blading, skiking and hiking in the Fremont, Union City, Newark (FUN) area. The focus is on social, OFF-ROAD (no dodging cars and inhaling fumes), but paved trail rides and rolls on weekdays in the FUN area. Waste vegetable oil costs cities millions per year of repairs to sewer lines and treatment plants. It should be used as a fuel and many existing cars, trucks and vans can use it. It is very cheap and it does not produce the carcinogens nor foul smells of other transportation fuels. It is safer than gasoline and diesel. If from the right sources, it can be totally carbon neutral. It is cheaper than gas or diesel.
